Yummo Soup

Tried this recipe recipe for corn chowder (of course with a few moderations). It was delish! Thought I would share and recommend it.

Used fat free half & half vs. milk
Used 1/2 chicken broth for liquid (vs. all milk)
Used store bought mashed potatoes (yes, the kind that are already made)
Cut up (about) 6 potatoes and par cooked them before adding to the soup
Added thyme, garlic, and cayenne pepper - to taste
Added a small amount of cheese, bacon crumbles and garlic chives as garnish

That's it. It was yummo. I'm sure if you were a recipe follower and followed the instruction exactly it would still be delish.
