Last Night's Shabu


Oh it was so good. Added 2 cloves garlic to the stock when boiling. Sliced onion in with the veggies. The little brown mushrooms tasted like butter! Ginger as a condiment. We missed the diakon radish (I couldn't find at local market). Did not get to rice level...need more people, I think.
