I am blessed to have wonderful, kind friends that ship something that looks like sunshine in a jar all the way from Japan. My good friend Wakako sent me this marmalade made from Hassaku oranges. I can't wait to try it. My favorite part (besides getting cool packages in the mail) was reading about her harvest and how she made it - here in a blog post.
