Home from Seattle

We got home late last night. The flight wasn't bad - we had the very last row, but we had it all to ourselves so we were able to have a little bit of room. And when I say little - I mean little. I cannot believe how uncomfortable flying truly is! I can be such a stressful activity...from leaving the hotel to getting picked up one the flip side!

Anyway, we made it home safe which was good. The weather in Seattle took a turn for the worse and it snowed for the last 2 days we were there. Let me say that again - it SNOWED! Major ordeal for an area that only gets snow 3x/year (or so I am told!). We couldn't believe that they were shutting down businesses and restaurants - when there wasn't even any accumulation. It was a really wet, pretty snow though. If you're gonna get it - that's a good kind to get.



Today it's back to work - lots of paperwork and follow up to do. It's always nice to be home. The cats are happy to see us. Our bed is soooo much more comfy. To be able to just go and grab a glass of ice water is a plus. Now if I could only find the joy in doing all the laundry from the trip....
