Glorious Kitchen "Gadgets"

OK, my new favorite thing in my kitchen? My Le Creuset that my BFF Beth gave me for my birthday this year. LOVE it! ADORE it! It stands as a decoration by itself, out on my stove, not to be put away - like someone would leave a tea kettle.
I've made soup.
I've made pork chops.
I've made chicken lettuce wraps.
I've made pasta.
Today - for my hubby - on this very rainy day - I made an absolutely delish corned beef.


It's bright green.
And I love it.
Enough said.

PS: I can't wait to start my digital photog class - obviously I need to be more patient and knowledgeable at taking pictures.
