Changes

You can feel the change in the house. I'm in such a good, creative, explorative mood that anything goes. Today I moved the kitchen around to allow for better lighting (pictures), easier prep and to mess around with the cats.

Guess who had to check everything out - then picked a new favorite chair to sit in?

In addition to all the goodies I am making (apple butter so far, today will be my Grandma's chili sauce) I am making "treats" to go in the beautiful Weck jars to show how they can be used multiple ways. These peanut butter chocolate chip shortbread cookies seemed like the perfect thing to try. Dough is ready to use at any time.
