Germ-a-phobe - ME? Well yes I am.

Did you know that to really sanitize your hands you need to wash them with hot soapy water for the entire time it takes you to sing "Happy Birthday" to yourself - TWICE?
Seriously.
I learned that during my stint as a sous chef.

    I always have to catch myself from humming out loud while I sing it in my head. :)
