Five things to do with bacon jam

(Besides putting it on a cracker or toast.)

1.  Toss by the spoonful with roasted vegetables (brussels sprouts, asparagus, green beans)
2.  Combine with potatoes (some ideas for a salad here and fried potatoes here)
3.  Make these brie pretzel bites.
4.  Make a breakfast sandwich like we did!
5.  Create your own quesadilla (or make this one).
